Conservative media pile-on Obama's birthday bash

Obama's 60th birthday will be held at his Martha's Vineyard 29 acre estate this weekend with the likes of George Clooney as well as Oprah in attendance and the conservative media can't get enough of comparing this event to Trump rally's that democrats said were 'super spreader' events. Is there a difference?
