Joe Scarborough: It's all about I have the right to infect

With the news out yesterday about the Delta variant, I need to wear a mask largely to protect those who have chosen not to get the vaccine.. 
Take Florida, where Governor DeSantis spends 1% of the time telling people to get a vaccine and 99% of his time telling people there won't be a shutdown, there won't be a mask mandate (if you get everyone vaccinated there won't be a shutdown)..
But does everyone have the right to infect other people or as Joe says to be an idiot? There is a Supreme Court precedent that esssentially says "no, they do not"..
Lastly, here is a consideration that you don't hear much about but you may hear about this shortly..
